The benefits include shorter wait times, plus improvements in customer experience and satisfaction during peak call periods.

We receive nearly all of our non-emergency calls Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Our new hours are aligned with those busiest times. We look forward to providing better, more efficient service, without compromising safety.
